These Terms and Conditions apply to the Solar PV System Giveaway. By entering the giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

• How to Enter:

  • Participants must follow the entry instructions announced on Cornwall’s Rewind Radio.

  • Only one entry per person is allowed unless otherwise stated.

  • A valid email address is required.

  • It is the participant's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date details.

  • Cornwall’s Rewind Radio is not responsible for inaccurate information provided by entrants.

• Data Use:

  • All personal data supplied will be used for the promotion and for research/analytical purposes.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

• Prize:

  • The prize is non-transferable.

• Eligibility:

  • Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

  • Employees, their immediate families, and anyone directly connected with Cornwall’s Rewind Radio are not eligible.

• Winner Notification:

  • The winner will be contacted via the details provided during entry.

  • If the winner does not respond within 3 days, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternative winner may be selected.

• Prize Collection:

  • No alternative prizes or substitutions are available.

• Publicity:

  • By entering, participants agree to have their name and/or voice used in promotional material related to the competition.

• Fair Play:

  • Any attempts to manipulate the outcome will result in disqualification.

• Changes & Cancellations:

  • Cornwall’s Rewind Radio reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or modify the competition at any time without notice.

• Terms Agreement:

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. 

• Solar PV System Giveaway:

  • Open to eligible participants determined by Shiney Electrical LTD.

  • Entrants must meet criteria (e.g., Location: South West).

• Solar PV System Prize:

  • The prize consists of a 3.68kW Solar PV System and 1 x 5kW Battery.

  • Additional charges apply for a larger system, subject to availability.

• Roof Type Charges:

  • Concrete Tile Roof: Installation included at no extra charge.

  • Slate Roof: Additional charge for installation.

• Scaffolding:

  • Free scaffolding provided for eligible installations.

  • Multiple-story homes may incur additional scaffolding charges.

• Installation Timeline:

  • Expected completion of installation and setup in 2025.

  • Completion date confirmed after the site survey and subject to scheduling.

• Non-transferable:

  • The Solar PV system giveaway cannot be exchanged for cash or goods.

• Right to Modify or Cancel:

  • Shiney Electrical LTD reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time, subject to applicable laws.

• Site Survey:

  • All terms are subject to a site survey.

  • The survey will determine the suitability for installation and may result in additional costs.

• Additional Costs:

  • Any additional costs for structural adjustments, roof reinforcement, or specific customer requests will be charged separately and are not included in the giveaway.

• Acceptance of Terms:

  • By accepting the Solar PV system giveaway, the recipient agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
