Cornwall Council has launched a new climate and energy plan aimed at delivering more clean local energy, warmer homes, sustainable travel and support for organisations to cut carbon emissions and energy bills.

The newly-elected Mayor of Penzance says that he is ready to embrace the ‘strong communities’ of the whole parish, with ‘absolutely nothing less than 100% commitment to this task’.
