Mental Health
Everyone has mental health. Admitting to mental health issues can be difficult. Asking for help can feel even harder.
The NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Talking Therapy team can work with anyone aged 16 or over registered with a Cornish GP and is experiencing low mood and depression.
Who we are
Image of friendly group of people
We are a team of NHS therapists and mental health practitioners. We support people experiencing anxiety, stress, worry, and depression and use therapies that are
proven to help recovery. And we're free! For some services, there are waiting lists (LINK) but we are working to improve these all the time.
