South West Water’s parent company, Pennon, is providing support for Theatre Royal Plymouth’s (TRP) Young Company Bursary project.

The charity Eden Project is set to burst into miniature mayhem this May half term (23 – 31 May, 2026) as Aardman’s hit animated children’s comedy series Lloyd of the Flies takes over the site with a fun-packed programme of trails, character moments and close‑up encounters with real mini-beasts.

Newquay is undergoing a vibrant cultural and creative visual transformation, as a growing collection of large-scale murals and creative installations turn the resort’s centre into a dynamic, open-air gallery.

Trevithick Day will be taking place on Saturday 25 April 2026, with festivities kicking off at 9.30am, with a procession including the mayor and Chairman of Camborne Trevithick Day CIC, and other dignitaries. They will be accompanied by Kernow Pipes and Drums, and make their way from the top of Trelowarren Street to the Town Square.
